Challenging a decision on priority need

If the local authority decides after carrying out inquiries that an applicant does not have a priority need, it must provide that decision in writing. The applicant can request for a review of the decision and accommodation pending the review.  The request for a review must be made within 21 days of being notified of the decision. If the local authority u hold their decision the applicant can challenge court. The court will then decide.
