S was subject to a conditions of practice order having been dismissed from her role for  alleged lack of competence. Following an appeal at local level, Khaled successfully argued that the interim order should be revoked on the basis that the evidence provided by the regulator was no longer cogent and did not demonstrate any necessity to protect the public. The panel revoked the order.
