A was alleged to have harassed his practice assessor into changing evaluation feedback and regularly logging hours on EPAD. On cross examination, Khaled was able to demonstrate that there was no objective evidence of harassment and that the student had in fact escalated his own concerns about the practice assessor. Pointing to fundamental flaws in the investigation process as well as the university’s treatment of the student on placement, Khaled secured a finding of no impairment and the student was reinstated to their course.
