M was the subject of an interim conditions of practice order requiring them to work for a single substantive employer. Despite concerted efforts to secure work, M had not been successful. Rebecca successfully argued that in light of M’s insight and the allegation pertaining to a single incident in a long and otherwise unblemished career, she should be allowed to undertake agency work with a minimum placement of three months. The panel varied the order in line with Rebecca’s submissions.
